Hydraform blocks overview
Our Specialisation

What is hydraform technology?

Hydraform is a modern interlocking block construction system that uses hydraulically compressed earth and cement blocks. Blocks interlock without the need for mortar in vertical joints, making walls stronger, faster to build, and more thermally efficient.

  • Up to 40% reduction in mortar consumption
  • Faster build times and fewer skilled-labour bottlenecks
  • Excellent thermal performance and natural insulation
  • Lower environmental impact than fired brick
  • Stronger walls with consistent block geometry
